Refund & Delivery Policy

The short version

If we do not deliver your Profile Fix within 5–7 business days of receiving everything we need from you, you get a full refund. We guarantee our delivery timeline. We do not guarantee outcomes controlled by Google or customer behavior.

1. Profile Fix — $297 one-time

Delivery guarantee. We deliver your completed Profile Fix within 5–7 business days. That clock starts when we have received both:

your completed intake form, and
approved secure access to your Google Business Profile.

If we miss that window for any reason within our control, email contact@dynastylocal.com and we will refund your $297 in full.

Before work begins. If you have not yet completed intake or granted access, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.

After delivery. Once the rebuild has been delivered, the work is complete and the fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe the delivered work does not match what was promised, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will either correct it at no charge or refund you.

2. Growth Plan — $499/month

Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time — email contact@dynastylocal.com and we will cancel before your next billing date.
No long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops future charges. The month already paid for is delivered in full through the end of that billing period.
Partial months are not pro-rated or refunded, since the work for that month has already been performed.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first Growth charge and we have not yet performed that month's work, we refund that first month in full.

3. Dynasty Review Engine — $149/month add-on

Same terms as the Growth Plan: monthly, cancel any time, no contract, no cancellation fee.

4. Outcomes controlled by third parties

We do not guarantee specific third-party outcomes.

Google controls its own products and customer-facing results using policies and systems no third party governs. What we guarantee is the quality and timeliness of the work we perform on your profile.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Nearly every dispute is a misunderstanding we can resolve within one business day, and we would rather refund you directly than have a bank arbitrate it.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@dynastylocal.com with the email address used at checkout and your business name. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
